POTATOE PATTIES

2C mashed potatoes

1 egg

1/4C sour creams(I use light)

1/4C bacon bits

2TSPS chives

1/2C cheese or your choice(I use chedder)

combine all the above and let chill for 30 minutes.then form into 2 inch balls and flatten.roll in bread crumbs and brown in frying pan about 4 minutes per side.Place on a cookie sheet and put in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 350. serve with ranch sour cream for dipping

1/4C  ranch dressing

1C sour cream

mix well and enjoy

perch recipe

perch fillet

1/4 cups cornmeal

1/4 cups flour(what ever kind you use I use self rising)

1/2 tspseason salt

1/4 tsp peper

1/4 tsp lemon pepper

combine together in a zipploc bag and shake.Then rinse the fish off with water and shake fish gently in flour mixture.

heat about a teaspoon of oil in pan and fry on medium for about 3 to 5 minutes each side depending in how thick the fillet is.

now you enjoy it is very good for you and it tastes great.

I can't express how important walking is.I know at first it is rough and you dont want to move.However walking is your best friend it gives you time to rethink your day,clear your mind and above all it will help you lose wieght.

WATER IS A MUST YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TO MUCH WATER!

ok now wieght training is a must i walk and i doarm crunches while i take my walks.I personally cant lift much because of the problems with my rib cage,however even a little is better then none. If you have a pool available swimming is my friend it works out the whole body and you dont leave feeling like you want to fall over.
